Dear YardWorks Customers,
We've had a chance to assess our maintenance properties for storm damage and clean-up needs. And we have all of our crews working hard to put your yards back together as quickly as possible.
For our contracted maintenance customers, our plan right now is to stick to our maintenance schedule as much as possible. We will come in the order that properties are scheduled starting with Monday and so on. We will perform storm clean-up during your normal contracted maintenance time. This contracted time will be billed at the contracted rate. Any time over and above this allotment will be billed per man per hour. Debris disposal will be charged on a case by case basis. Our goal is to have all yards cleaned up and ready to resume regular maintenance within one week.
If you have trees blocking entries or any other urgent situation that really cannot wait, please feel free to call our office at (843)882-8100 and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
Because all YardWork crews (Maintenance and Landscape) are busy doing storm clean-up, this will cause delays for our current Landscape schedule. We ask for your patience and appreciate your understanding as we try to take care of urgent needs during the following days. Then we will get back on the Landscape Projects as quickly as possible in the order they were scheduled.

We will assess your damage and provide an estimate that will need to be approved before we schedule any projects. Additional clean-ups will be quoted at overtime rates and be scheduled on weekend days.
